Symptoms
Not a fault. Most 2010–2019 US trucks left the factory without Crawl Control or MTS.
The fix, step by step
- Lift the center console trim and swap in the factory switch panels.
- Then run a yaw-rate sensor zero-point calibration (the OBD-wire method is covered in linked videos).
- Don't search parts by VIN, because you may be sent the wrong part.
