Symptoms
'Service Air Suspension' in the cluster, the truck stuck at one height, or air ride not working front and rear. On early 2022 trucks the code C15AE-00 (compressor pressure line leak) is common.
The fix, step by step
- Start with what FCA's TSB checks.
- Put the truck in Tire Jack mode from the radio's Suspension menu before you lift it.
- Remove the front inner wheel liners.
- Check that the air suspension control module connector is fully seated and the compressor vent hose is connected with no red shipping caps left on it.
- Confirm that each air line goes into its spring up to the tape mark, within 1 mm.
- Check that the front and rear ride-height sensors are plugged in and their linkage rods are attached.
- Deflating the springs and clearing codes needs a scan tool with air-suspension functions (the dealer uses wiTECH).
- Leaks after that call for soapy water on the lines and the valve block.
