Fluids, capacities & service intervals

Most GX 470s are well past the 90,000-mile timing-belt interval, so a used one should be treated as overdue until you see a receipt. Baseline every fluid as well. The 2005 factory repair manual (posted on GXOR) gives the specs below, and GXOR flags two GX-specific checks: the 2003–05 front differential support and the rear air springs.

GXOR lists a pan gasket (35168-60010), strainer (35330-60050), strainer O-ring (90301-31014) and drain/fill plug gaskets (35178-30010, two required) if you drop the pan.ATF WS, 2005 GX 470 · RockAuto ↗Transmission pan gasket, 2005 GX 470 · RockAuto ↗
