Land Cruiser 250 biggest tire size: stock and lifted
The biggest tire owners run on a Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series at every lift height, with the trimming it takes, the wheel specs you need and the lift kits that get you there.
Factory tires are about 31.5 inches on the 1958 and 32.6 inches on the other grades. Threepiece's fitment guide shows 275/70R18s (about 33 inches) on stock wheels and suspension with plenty of clearance and no trimming. Owners go a bit bigger: 285/70R18s (about 33.7 inches) on stock suspension, including one reported on 18x9 +40 wheels with no rubbing on gentle trails. An LT275/70R18 KO3 (33.2 inches) just fits in the spare well. 35s are possible on stock suspension, but only after removing the mud flaps, crush brackets and canards, heat-forming the fender liners and choosing the right wheel offset.

Lift kits, wheels and tires for the Land Cruiser 250
A 1.25–3 inch lift with better dampers clears 33s easily and 35s with some trimming, and it handles the weight of armor and gear.
A winch bumper gives you recovery points and a place for a winch. Slee says its LC250 bumper keeps the Safety Sense sensors working (except front cross-traffic).
Fitment comes from owners and specialists; wheel width, offset, trimming and bump stops change what fits. Check clearance at full lock and full flex before you buy. Some links are affiliate links.
