Jeep Wrangler JK biggest tire size: stock and lifted
The biggest tire owners run on a Jeep Wrangler JK (2-door) at every lift height, with the trimming it takes, the wheel specs you need and the lift kits that get you there.
33 inches is the usual answer, with caveats. ExtremeTerrain says many JK owners fit 33s on a stock suspension, but fender rubbing will probably show up off-road at full flex, and width matters as much as height. On JK-Forum, owners of stock two-door Rubicons report 285/75R17s clearing on pavement, with rubbing on the control arms at full lock that adjusting the steering stops can cure. Not every wheel works: one owner couldn't fit 285/75R17s on AEV Pintlers without a lift. 255-width 33s are the safe bet; 35s need a lift.
