5th Gen 4Runner biggest tire size: stock and lifted
The biggest tire owners run on a Toyota 4Runner 5th Gen at every lift height, with the trimming it takes, the wheel specs you need and the lift kits that get you there.
Trail4R's short answer is 32 inches. Stock is 265/70R17 (31.6 in). A 275/70R17 or 255/75R17 (about 32.1 in) shouldn't rub; a 285/70R17 (32.7 in) is 'questionable' and may need a body-mount chop; 255/80R17 (33 in) and anything bigger needs a lift and trimming. Tire brand and wheel offset change the outcome.
