Fluids, capacities & service intervals

The 1GR-FE and A750 drivetrain are durable but rarely serviced past oil changes: Toyota calls most driveline fluids 'inspect' unless you tow, carry roof loads or drive dusty roads — which describes most 4Runners. Baseline everything, including the transmission, then put the propshafts on a grease schedule.
