Nissan Patrol 60 biggest tire size: stock and lifted

The biggest tire owners run on a Nissan Patrol 60 Series at every lift height, with the trimming it takes, the wheel specs you need and the lift kits that get you there.

The short answer

We couldn't find a forum consensus for the 60, so here's what's documented. Stock was a narrow 16-inch bias-ply, 7.00-16 or 7.50x16 depending on the truck. One 1969 on Bring a Trailer runs 30x9.50 tyres on 15-inch wheels. A 1982 Colombian LG-61 runs 33x12.50 tyres on 15s, with longer rear shackles. Narrow tall tyres such as a 7.50x16 suit the truck's look, gearing and steering best.
