Ineos Grenadier Station Wagon
2022–present (US: 2024–present)There's no bad engine to avoid, since every US truck has the B58. The early US trucks (MY2024) carry all three recalls, so get proof they're closed. MY2026 brings the revised steering, HVAC and driver-assist tweaks plus more than 40 smaller changes. If you plan to drive a lot of highway miles, 2026 is the one to buy. Cars.com calls the 2026 steering 'a tremendous improvement'; Parkers is cooler and calls it 'marginally better on-road'.

Ineos Grenadier Quartermaster
2023–present (US: 2025–present)The engines haven't changed, so the main question is steering. MY2026 trucks have the variable-ratio box, about a 5% tighter turning circle, better HVAC and a quicker way to silence the speed-limit chime. Earlier trucks can be fitted with Owl's steering pump upgrade, which Owl says fits both the Grenadier and Quartermaster. Whichever year you buy, run the VIN for recalls. GearJunkie, which drove both, says the Quartermaster got the same 2026 updates and that with the new steering the long-wheelbase truck drives almost like a normal pickup.
